Job description
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of the ISO/IEC 17025:2017-compliant Quality Management System.
- Prepare, review, and update quality documents such as quality manual, procedures, SOPs, formats, and records.
- Plan, conduct, and document internal audits, ensuring follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle nonconformities, root cause analysis, and implementation of effective corrective actions.
- Coordinate and support management review meetings, ensuring that required inputs and outcomes are documented and followed.
- Monitor control of documents and records, calibration status of equipment, and verification of test/calibration methods.
- Assist in the training and competency evaluation of laboratory personnel.
- Liaise with external bodies such as NABL, accreditation agencies, and customers during assessments or audits.
- Ensure traceability of measurements, monitor proficiency testing/inter-laboratory comparisons, and evaluate results.
- Support continual improvement through risk analysis, opportunity identification, and process optimization.

Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Science (preferably Electrical, Electronics).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a testing laboratory under ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, and laboratory operations.
- Proficient in document control, data analysis, and root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagram).
